SHIPPING
- After receiving your order, the products will be delivered in 3 to 4 working days. Though, processing and shipment delays are possible during particularly busy times like the holidays.
- Shipping charges are not applicable on products that are supposed to be delivered in India. On deliveries to be made outside of India, shipping charges will be applicable based on current market prices.
- The risk of loss and title for each and every product ordered by you will transfer to you when shipment begins.
- Due to changing item availability and delivery locations, if you order two or more goods, you might receive them in separate boxes on various days.
- To maintain safety during transit, products that are ordered may be shipped separately.
- It should be noted that courier companies are known to charge penalties for incorrect shipping addresses and you will be liable & responsible for paying any fees and penalties that may apply. Hence, to not be subject to such charges, we advise you to give us proper addresses with all details including pin code and state.
- You understand that you will be responsible for paying the reshipment fees for the same order.
- It will not be possible to change or fix your address after the order is dispatched. Any changes will be possible only before dispatch.
- The company will not be liable or responsible for any delays caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.
- After a box has been delivered to your location by a postal or courier service, you alone will be held accountable for any lost or stolen parcels as well as any direct or indirect damages to the package.
- As permission needs to be granted for entry into educational institutions and locations such as hostels, you should indicate a specific time and date for delivery during order placement. If this leads to any issues, the company will not be accountable for a refund and we shall not ship the order again as well.
CANCELLATION
It is possible to cancel your order before the time of its dispatch. In the event that we receive a cancellation request or email and the order has just been dispatched, the cancellation will not be possible. We are completely within our rights to determine whether or not to cancel an order. When placing an order with us, the customer agrees and understands to not challenge any decisions made by us on cancellations.
RETURNS
After delivery of an order, if you discover that one or more of the items purchased have been damaged or are not correct according to our website or if units are missing despite the amount bought, please contact us at [info@nutrivowellness.com] and [9501903972] by 24 hours after delivery. Please include a picture of the box, packaging, and products as well as a video of you unboxing it. After analyzing and investigating the issue properly, we may decide to move forward with either replacement or reimbursement. The reimbursement request will be handled within 3 weeks of the cancellation or refund. The cost of cancellation or refund is not the responsibility of the consumer.
